Baxter was almost one of the casualties
Running out of time without a home or family, Baxter was one of the lucky ones when a dog rescue organization saved him before it was too late.
Dog rescue organizations save many lives but are hindered by limited resources, preventing them from reaching all dogs in need.
Connecting him with Scott changed both of their lives and ultimately sparked a burning desire to help other dogs receive the same second chance that Baxter did.
