Shipping Policy
Order Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time your order is placed, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.
Delivery Locations
Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses within the United States.
Shipments outside of the United States may be available by request. Please contact us at contact@baxterdog.com for shipping questions or international shipping requests.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date your order ships, not the date the order is placed.
Delivery times are intended as a guide and may vary depending on order processing, product availability, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the available delivery method.
To view shipping costs, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. Shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly stated on our website.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and item as soon as possible and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Policy
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Process
Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team for return instructions.

Please do not send items back before contacting us. We will provide return instructions and let you know where the item should be sent.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item, unless otherwise approved by BaxterDog Media.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you need an exchange due to damage or defect, please contact us within the return period.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the same item is not available, we will provide a full refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
